Prayers that I commune with LORD

Prayers that I personally commune with The LORD. Graceful prayers are done in certain places and with posture of heart looking at the excellency and majesty of God and the feebleness of oneself.

Why do I write prayers?
Because I know my mind and heart the wickedness of mind to take the excellency of God lightly. I am dud and I cannot go without finely thinking linearly. My mind is haze and cannot put forth what I seek earnestly. I know that, left to myself, I am an absolute dud. I am blank, nothing deep, nothing moving, nothing intense, nothing beautiful, nothing precious, nothing sweet or wonderful — just empty, blank. So I write and pray over it that I may behold The One.

Below are some prayers I do often by the grace of Christ and keep editing when I learn from faithful men who prayed before me and as the LORD keeps and grows me in Him.

 

Prayer against status quo, justice and glory of God
Dear Father,
I pray against the world in its fallenness and evilness. O Lord it rebels against Your glory and holiness. Help me not to accept it as normal but zeal for standing for Your glory. You alone can change the world and I cant accept it in its evilness. O Lord redeem this evil world. Do not make me "lose heart" at evil world but fight in prayer for Your glory and not be normal with evilness.

I pray that Your name is hallowed, feared, revered in all of Your glory & majesty and the one who rebels You will see the glory of Your might and power in full essence yet Your abounding mercy and love may save them from their own destruction and repent and be reconciled. The world rebels against You, help me not to accept the world and "lose heart". O Lord my God give me holy anger to not accept everything that doesn't glorify You but make me prayerful always against the world and its evil working.

I pray that the sovereignly elect judges and officials of justice be just and holy as You are for "righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne"(Psalm 89:14) and may they deliver the oppressed and innocent reflecting Your name. the evil be banished forever from this land and Your will be done.

O Father, You are God who loves just and justice and You are in all truth for all truth is derived of You, may we see Your glory of justice in full majesty everywhere as we walk in it. O God You love justice; You will not abandon Your faithful ones(Psalm 37:28)

 I pray that Your glory of the truth ascends all situations and circumstances and Your will of truth, beauty and honor be all over the inhabitants and all unjust situations be changed by Your power to be praise to Your name. (Ps 33:5)

O Lord my God you have defeated all evil schemes and sin and death and revealed the full glory of justice and victory by Your resurrection, may the majestic glory of Your resurrection be sovereignly witnessed and felt in all the creation as we abide in Your truth & glory.

O Lord I surrender and give all the evil perverse situations in Your hand that You will reveal Your glory and the beauty of truth over all perverse evils and Your goodness be revealed through it all.

Fill us with Your zeal of Your name and Your Word and power of just and truth so we may walk for the absolute glory & beauty of truth over all things, make us bold for Your glory and name. Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as is in heaven. For Christ's sake I pray, Amen.

 

Prayer for loving the unlovable or enemy or hostile to God like we were.
Dear Father, Thank you for Your overflowing love and tender mercies in Christ that cleansed me and reconciled me to You. O God I have been Your hostile enemy deserving only wrath but You my Lord consumed everything hostile to reconcile me as a son to my Father. O Lord fill me and overwhelm me with Your love and forgiveness so that I walk and extend same love and forgiveness to my enemies. I don't deserve anything yet You have lavished everything upon me. O how overwhelming is Your steadfast love and daily mercies. O God You have revealed to me in my Lord that You are all for me and not against me and everything is preparing me for an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison. O LORD change my affections and emotions to conform to Your love and grace & mercy to others. O God You are God of justice and righteousness and love to reveal Your glory in it. Vengeance is all Yours and Yours alone for You are right and just and do good. O Lord reveal your justice for enemies by Your overflowing grace in cross and they may repent of their hostility and rebellion and see savor and cherish Your sovereign grace in Christ. In Jesus name help me, Amen.

 

Prayer for unsaved
Dear Father, I pray Your name be hallowed, cherished, treasured and obeyed in Christ. I pray Your glory be witnessed, Your love be savored. I pray for all the lost who are without You, without life. O Lord they are all under Your holy wrath, have mercy upon them as You had upon me in Christ. Save them from Your justice for they cannot satisfy even in eternity. O Lord save them for Your name sake as they were made to reflect Your glory and truth. Break them from the chain of slavery to sins by the power of Your blood. I pray they will know You deeply, honor You and be saved and know deeply of the overflowing riches of Your love in Christ. May Your glory be reflected to them in full measure and help them repent and turn to You. Have mercy upon them! Curse me but save them Lord, they are far better than me. In Jesus name I bring this to you, Amen.

 

Prayer before memorizing the Word of God
“Make me walk in the path of Your commandments, for I delight in it. Incline my heart to Your testimonies, and not to gain. And revive me in Your ways." Psalm 119:35-37

Dear Father, help me, guide me, instruct me to keep Your ways of life in my heart mind and soul day & night. Help me O Spirit to memorize Your Own Words for Your words I cannot live without. O God help me in Your Words so I do not grieve Your Holy name. O God Your words are reflection of who You are, help me O Spirit bind Your Words on me. O Lord renew me in You, open my eyes to You and immerse me in Your Words as I memorize them to be in You, to have the fullness of Your gracious love & joy in me and thus be produced in others, to walk upright in Christ for Your glory & praise. Dear Father be merciful and gracious that I may behold You through excellencies of Your Words always.

Prayer of confession & thanksgiving
Beloved Father,
You are worthy of all above all, You are reigning, You are exalted and magnified(adoration). Thank You Father for not only bestowing but seeing me, looking upon me; lavishing Your steadfast love, tender mercies, Your gracious bountiful immeasurable overflowing abundant unmerited gift to a depraved wretched vile foul abominable worst sinner/enemy; to love You, to be in Your holiness, to know You deeply, to be Your son and glorify You. O Lord how much I grieve you with my unholiness, rebellion sins, lethargic worship, half hearted affections, hardness of heart against You and others. O God I repent of my sinful preoccupation with visible things. The world has been too much with me. I have been blind to Your Holy presence, open my eyes that I may behold Your beauty & glory, in and around me. Help my unbelief and distrust Lord. Forgive me Lord. Create in me awe and adoration for You & Your Holy name. Help me to be in You so I may not dishonor Your name & Your grace with my sinfulness but rather walk boldly in grace. Help me to be fully satisfied in You and all that You pour in love. Thank you Jesus, my Lord & my Treasure for revealing Your steadfast love & tender mercies, saving me from the holiest of holy fierce condemnation and wrath of God, satisfying and pleasing my Father and reconciling me to Father through Your blameless holy blood. O Lord, thank You for bestowing me pleasures and praise of eternity with You and upholding me every step of the way. Thank You my Lord for mortifying and subduing sins through Your power. Thank you, my Lord for growing in me affection and desires for You. Thank you, Holy Spirit, for pouring Yourself in me and showing me the love of God though I am unworthy, undeserving of anything. Thank You Holy Spirit for quickening me in my sins and preserving me, mortifying sin of flesh and bringing godly sorrow/repentance and enabling Your righteousness. Forgive me for my grieving You. Thank you, my Father for your sovereign patience, longsuffering, forbearance, electing love since eternity past. Dear Father always keep me humble, contrite, remind me of who You are and who I was without You and with You; remind me of your gracious all-satisfying all-sufficient invincible undeserved grace. O Holy Spirit help me to make others be rooted in You. O Lord, Incline my heart to Your gracious love. I am a mess O Lord, O God help me not to trust in my own self/abilities/efforts but in You alone. O Lord my God open my eyes to behold Your glorious grace and holiness & see, obey, savor, cherish, embrace, enjoy treasure all that You are and all that You ordain. Help me to seek your face for I cannot live without Your presence, fill me with awe and Holy reverence for I can never do on my own. O God search me and sanctify me and take away my desire for sinful praise, anxiety and create/mold in me new desires for You & Your glory by Power of Your Word and Spirit in me. Let not me delight rejoice in anything else but You only. Help me to love what You love and hate, kill, mortify my sin which grieves You and Your Holy glory, which You hate. Help my faith O Lord, enable me to be in rejoicing prayerful faith always and lead me in Your good will & perfect ways ordained through Your overflowing providential mercies in Christ. I want to live so fully in the Spirit that all my thought and actions may be as sweet incense ascending to Thee and every act of my life may be an act of worship and for Your glory. Lord, keep me childlike(remind me of my absolute helplessness and inability before You) and Your beloved sheep through Your disciplinary rod. I give all of me into Your mighty loving Hands.

And all this I confidently believe Thou wilt grant me through the merits of Jesus Christ Thy Son. Amen.

 

Prayer for thirsty soul for God
Dear Father, I have tasted and savored all that You are and it has satisfied me immeasurably more yet it made me thirsty for more of You. You are infinitely more satisfying than any of your creation blessing. I painfully long in my conscious to have more of You and be in in You. I am ashamed of my lack of desire for more yet I am thirsty still. Lead me to the river flowing in Your Son's overflowing love and satisfy me in the depth of The Spirit so that I may know You and grow in You. Have mercy upon me and begin this gracious work in me by Your great steadfast love. Rebuke my soul and lead him to You and bind him by the cords under Your wings and care. Help him to follow You still so he may not wander in the world and lead him to Your bosom for now and forever.

 

I come trembling Father, remove things and people who reign in my heart and occupy me wholly for You alone is my King. Keep me rich in You alone and dwell in me fully, I commit myself in Your hands. Just as You cleansed the holy temple cleanse me too for Your glory and name.

Let your goodness O God, bind my heart with chain to you! seal all of me to Yours. Defeat every rising fear of men and rising rebellion against Your will, overcome every niggling doubt, deliver from every destructive deceitful temptation, nullify every fatal alluring and snares of men, expose every deception and tear down arrogance argument, Shape me O into Your glorious image, incline me hold me master me, do whatever You must to keep me trusting You and Your great love for me until You come. Take my eyes, body and soul and set them apart to You and may Jesus mean everything to me always.

Satisfy us in the morning with your steadfast love, that we may rejoice and be glad all our days. (Psalm 90:14)

Will you not revive us again, that your people may rejoice in you? (Psalm 85:6)

 

Prayer before meditating on The Word
Dear Father,
Before I behold & grasp all that You are in Your own supreme excellent inerrant authoritative Living Abiding Reigning Powerful Word, I pray that hallowed be Your name, O God. I pray your name be revered as Holy, Holy and Holy and thus You be treasured, cherished, embraced, obeyed, trusted and thus glorified, honored and praised always. O Father bestow upon me the spirit of wisdom and revelation to know You, love my Lord with all of me by Your grace, more closely than ever and to grow in understanding of Your Words and Power. Enlighten the eyes of my heart O God to savor, embrace, cherish You alone and see Your all-mighty power towards me, O Holy Spirit I pray that You open my hardened depraved heart & mind to be with You and to behold Your wonderous power-filled works. O GOD I pray that You reveal to me Your overflowing sovereign grace as I come to You through Your own words. I pray that You always call to me no matter my state and keep me under Your wings all the days of my life. I cannot do anything without You O' God, I cannot do anything without You my Spirit, whatever good I have is all Yours, where I sin that is all mine Lord and it grieves me to grieve Your love and glory. I pray that You may help me seek Your glorious beauty & presence through Your Spirit and Your Word of truth, for in them is glance of Your majesty & glory & power. O Lord draw me near to You always so I may drink fully of You all the days of my life and be fully satisfied in You alone. O Lord my God You are my vine, let Your branch delight in You. O Lord, satisfy my inmost being through excellencies of Your Words; O Spirit help me with Your Word for I can never understand without You, keep me zealous for You alone, Keep me thirsty for You always. reveal me God Your sovereign grace so I may savor, cherish, treasure & delight in You & Your Word alone and reflect You, glorify you more and more. Help me Jesus, to behold Your glance of glory; Your faithfulness, loveliness, supremacy, holiness, beauty, greatness, majesty, excellency, sovereign providence, patience, mercies and all the overflowing glory. Enable me to taste You and know that You are good. Make heaven more real to me than any earthly thing has ever been.

O God, my God I seek that You conform me into Your just gracious image to reflect You & be satisfied in You in ways that overflows in loving others sacrificially.

I pray You be treasured & glorified as I read, ponder and meditate in Your words day and night & live in contented joy in Your good sovereignly ordained ways, and thus see You more and more. In Jesus' name I pray and submit myself & the reading in Your hand. For Jesus' sake. Amen

 

Prayer of submitting to God’s Sovereign Providence
GOD, You are immutable in Your faithfulness, What You say You do. You are every moment faithful in Christ and abounding in grace and mercy in riches of Your glory in Christ. You cannot disown Yourself. Your Word is everlasting. What You told You did and what You told, You will do too.

You know what is good and best for me LORD, You are infinitely wise LORD. You know what You are doing, You are full of wisdom and goodness. You ordain and dispose what is good for me. My lot, my times is in Your hand. In Your love, You are sovereignly working the good purpose. Your will is good and perfect. In love and Your good pleasure, If I am here and You LORD are getting glory by placing me here, You perfect good pleasing will be done. Whatever my LORD ordains is holy, right and good and it is in steadfast love. Everything is cast by His loving gracious hand for Christ's sake. You are not slow as some see slowness. O Lord I dont want my own Eden, my own rules, my own pleasures outside of You and Your wills and ways but You alone what you graciously merciful steadfast in love ordained for me. What You keep away from me is because it is good if I don't have it. You know what is good for me and keeps away what is not. Thank You LORD for everything You have ordained in my life with Your caring hands to make me steadfast in faith and conform me to my beloved Savior. Thank You for trusting me with Your will and purposes even though it seems understandable.

May Your will be my motive and strength.
